We are looking for a highly motivated Oversea Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position will play a crucial role in driving international marketing strategies, product development, and campaign management across multiple regions and joint venture markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans (Marketing Strategy Planning & 4P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Manage and develop existing product lines and new product launches (Product Development).
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns and activities for Joint Venture and International markets.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing communications processes to ensure effective internal and international communication.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team to achieve performance goals and project objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing or brand management, with at least 2 years of experience in international markets.
- Languages: Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Additional Skills:o Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.o Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.o Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
