• Be responsible for representing brands to all business partners/trade/consumers engagement for both online and offline.
• Solicit new ultra-high net worth individuals and maintain relationship with existing clients and transact with products well suited to their preferences, follow-up to ensure consumer satisfaction and quick react to any concerns.
• Seek avenues to constantly grow the knowledge and capability of the company employees, local customers and wholesaler’s network.
• Host training for the trade and host events, dinners for private clients
• Support trade and sales team to conduct training and inspiration activities at the outlets and relevant business partners; reinforce trade relationship networks.
• Identify and help open new accounts and points of distribution.
• Building partnership with prospective business/organization/KOLs community who have the same target consumers.
• Conducting market and competitor intelligence, update & report to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient implementation of marketing/sales program.
• Manage and control operation expenses within assigned territory and channels.

• Abide by company policies and procedures to promote responsible drinking to customer/consumer during training and when at events and conducting field visits.
• To help key customers in the on-trade develop their cocktail menus.
• To directly take care of approx. 20 key cocktails showcase accounts to ensure cocktails quality is on point at all time and staff is trained well on products.
