Responsibilities

• Coordinate and negotiate with shipping brokers for customs clearance, as well as with local transportation companies and warehouses, to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Review, verify, and provide guidance to staff on HS tariff codes for new products to ensure compliance with tax privileges, customs requirements, and relevant government regulations.

• Manage and monitor day-to-day import and export operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to procedures.

• Handle and verify all import/export documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin , Inspection Certificate, and Legalization.

• Process all related taxes, import duties, export duties, and ensure correct submission to authorities.

• Plan inbound and outbound shipments, and coordinate closely with related departments to ensure readiness for upcoming deliveries.

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports for management, covering shipment status, customs activities, costs, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics operations.

• Strong experience in both import and export logistics processes.

• Solid knowledge of import–export laws and regulations, including industry-specific requirements, export control regulations, BOI regulations, and other related compliance standards.

• Have ability to develop and improve logistics systems, with a strong understanding of process optimization and logistics improvement concepts.

• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
