- Monitor and optimize CNC machining processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with programming and maintenance teams to improve machine performance and reduce downtime.
Quality Assurance & Problem Solving:
- Analyze defects and process deviations, propose root cause solutions using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, or QC Story.
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead or participate in Kaizen activities, cost reduction initiatives, and cycle time improvements.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and enhance workflow.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve technical issues.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or CNC machine operations.
• Proficient in CNC machine setup, basic programming, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in the automotive parts industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong in MS Office and AutoCAD
