Job Responsibilities: Inbound
- Design and provide comprehensive tour programs for all routes to ensure the travel itineraries are modern, appropriable for specific periods such as low seasons, high seasons, festivals, and other events
- Plan travel itineraries and create competitive pricing for tour programs in each destination
- Develop pricing for tour programs across various destinations, including Europe, Asia, Korea, China, and America
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with domestic and international operators
- Arrange for tour guides or tour leaders and handle documentation related to travel arrangements, accommodations, tourist attractions, restaurants, visas, passports and golf courses
- Reserve hotel, air ticket, transportation, restaurants, one stop service of all services
- Make quotation sheets to confirm service costs
- Coordinate hotels and suppliers inspection
- Request contract rates and promotions from hotels and golf courses in accordance with their policies.
- Maintain updated contract rate lists for hotels and golf courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with golf courses, hotels, restaurants, and other land operators
- Prepare guide documents upon confirmation (official letters or emails detailing agreed terms, next steps, and essential information (dates, items, payments))
- Support the handling of sales-related inquiries from agents and clients
- Manage and update the Line OA interface to support customer communication
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned
