Responsibilities

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 : IT solutions provider (system development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation services)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Pathumwan, Bangkok (BTS Phloen Chit 700 M.)

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end app development process—from defining business requirements to deployment and maintenance.

• Business Analysis: Translate business needs into technical specifications; collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• System Architecture: Design and oversee the overall system architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the application.

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

• Team Management & Development: Build, guide, and mentor a multidisciplinary team (engineers, analysts, designers); foster proactive and collaborative working culture.

• Initiative & Innovation: Actively identify and drive improvements; take ownership of projects without waiting for direction.

This role expects a self-starter mindset capable of launching initiatives “from zero.”

Requirements

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :

• Application development ( Web ) project management experience ( approximately 5 years or more)

• Practical understanding and management experience of the development lifecycle (requirements definition - design - development - testing - operation and maintenance)

• Experience in customer negotiations, proposals, and requirement adjustments

• Experience managing a development team of 10 or more people (including recruitment, training, and evaluation)

• Experience or understanding of business application development

• Experience in managing revenue and expenditures and budgets for business divisions

• Leadership with a management perspective that can drive the business

• Communication skills to lead a cross-cultural team (experience in a multinational environment)

• Ability to promote organizational and system design

• Experience working with Japanese companies or in Japan (familiarity with Japanese corporate culture is highly valued).

• Experience with or understanding of Toyota systems or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with both local and Japanese management effectively.
