- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data flow.
- Architect and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics, AI, and mobile applications.
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models to enhance business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, and Data) to identify and deliver innovative data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance within all innovation projects.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review for junior engineers and analysts.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, LLMs, cloud data platforms, mobile integrations) to drive continuous innovation.
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-related development.
- Experience with Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Databricks).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain, Llama, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Passion for continuous learning in AI.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Good attitude and curious mindset and willingness to learn.
- Can work under service mind and work well under pressure.
- Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have strong problems solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
