Technical Engineer
Bangkok Komatsu Sales Co.,Ltd.1.QA issue management
> Monitor technical issues from jobsite, and take action for any QA issue that arise
> Preliminary Investigate any QA issues (if necessary) by visiting the jobsite, fact-finding, gathering data (from ICT tools eg Komtrax, EQPCare etc.), analysis
> To report and open the QA issue with BSSC, and communicate for further action. TSI must be submitted officially
> Follow up with BSSC for any progress on Komatsu countermeasures on QA issue > To implement the countermeasures from Komatsu
2. Claim System coordination
> Evaluate technical issue and judge for claimable issues (standard warranty, policy claim, FC claim, parts claim or exchange parts claim)
> Manage the claim issue from start(claim decision making) to finish (claim acceptance by KLTD).
> Follow each keyperson on each jobsite for pending claims. Monitor the KPIs > Keyperson for claim submission or KCL and SCG-TS
3.Service Report/ TSI evaluation
> Gather all technical issues reported by jobsite through service report (for DATABASE)
> Issue TSI to SMAPif the service report is of important issue, safety related, claim issue, repair by BKS. This TSI are for future failure reference of BKS
4. Technical Inquiries (from Customer / BKS Site staff)
> To give answer for any technical inquiries coming from jobsite, either by phone call, chat or email
> If the technical issue is of higher degree (related to safety, machine operation), confirm and check with BSSC/KLTD
> If the inquiry is related to Parts, submit TPI (technical parts inquiry) in SMAP
5.FC Management
> Instruct the jobsite for FC release by Komatsu (or BSSC)
> Prioritize the A1 and A2 level. Check the Parts and Service News release
> Check the termination date, parts requirement. Check if the parts will be supplied by factory or BKS have to order (to prevent double parts, and cannot claim)
> Procure any tools required, and coordinate with the jobsite for plan FC execution
> To report to BSSC/KGM for any FC that cannot be execute on termination date. State the reason, make revise plan and request extension to BSSC/KGM
> To report to BSSC/KGM if the FC is impossible to execute > Ensure that claim is properly applied
6.FOC parts management
> Manage the registration of FOC parts (with BKS WH team), Confirm the quantity, purpose of FC and jobsite allocation
> Check the details of invoice received (by email) from Yamator, DHL and BKS WH
> Control the usage of FOC parts from KLTD, and ensure that it's use in correct allocation.
> Record any FOC parts that are use. Ensure that the service job is open in EG-Kopen for auditing and recording.
7.Parts Return Request
> Manage the returning of failed parts from jobsite, check the parts return document for details
> Confirm the delivery to BKS HQ, or sending directly to factory (from jobsite)
8. Komatsu ICT applicants
> BKS Mining keyperson for application for SMAP, EQPCare, Komtrax. PC Tools, K-Source
> Submit the application to BSSC (for SMAP, EQPCare, PC tools, K-Source) or Marketing (for Komtrax)
9.Reporting and KPIs
> Technical management by using control sheet and setup KPI
> Report to GM Mining Service the Technical Update quarterly (or any month upon request). Report should be also shared to Site Mgrs.
10. Other Activities
> Conduct activities base on instructions from direct superior (GM Mining Service)
11.KOWA monitoring
> Check the KOWA reports and send recommendation to specific jobsite
12.Machine Monitoring
> Receive the Fault Code reports / from BSSC
> Share to specific jobsite the report, and recommendation
> Check the automatic fault code receive from EQPcare auto system
13.Jobsite Daily report monitoring
> Check the daily reports in jobsites and inform to Operation Engr KS HQ) for any urgent job, abnormalities, mistake correction of report, PM delays, backlogs or claim backlogs)

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering / GPA 2.75 up
- Fluent in English communication / TOEIC score 700 up
- Good command of PC literacy
- Willing to work under pressure, eager, patient, cooperative, initiative, excellent interpersonal, good relationship and communication skills and have a positive thinking
