Responsibilities

Controlling import & export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment Cross border / in transit service control.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues.
Negotiate transportation / sub-warehouse / sub-contractor / suppliers rate & service.
Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct.
Cost & Expenses control in team.
Effectively communicate with various cross team members in an effort to problem solve and provide our customers with a high level satisfaction.
Propose solution report to customer and management.
Control all staffs to follow company rules and compliance the policy.
Accomplish other job related duties as assigned from GM./Director/MD

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
At least 5 years experience in Manager lever and logistics related fields.
Good command of English.
Experience in import, export, supply chain, government authority (tax privilege & customs formality)
Experience on negotiating of suppliers related logistics, and issuing quotation to clients. Good command of English.
Experience in coordinating with overseas agent, sales team, customer service.
Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Computer literacy (Microsoft officer)
Willing to work at odd hours, on weekends and holidays.
Readiness to travel upcountry.
Able to work at the company’s branch in Laos.
