30,000 - 40,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

Finance Associate (Account payable) is responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of all supplier invoices and purchase requisitions .The position is required to deal with a high volume of transactions with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Verify invoices, purchase requisitions and debit and/or credit note
Prepare Account Payable aging
Update and maintain supplier records for payment process
Proceed payment by cheque and/or fund transfer
Respond to inquiries from suppliers regarding status of payments
Reconcile suppliers’ accounts and resolve differences
Prepare payment vouchers to settle AP in system
Maintain filings and records for payment voucher
FX Booking Control (Overseas Account Payable)
Verify the correctness of booking requisition
Call bank to book forward contracts
Check and record as well as control FX contracts
Prepare FX outstanding report
Account for the correct treatment of Tax and Vat
Prepare pre-alert report
Prepare AP Overdue report
Provide support to Bank Reconciliation before month end closing
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration (Finance) or Accounting
0 - 3 Years of working experience
If have work experience in Account payable function would be preferable
Knowledge of withholding tax and VAT
Experience in Accounting Software and online banking would be advantage
Good command of English (TOEIC 550+)
Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar
