Responsibilities

HR Associate (Training & Development) is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training and development strategies and projects. He/she is responsible for increasing the company capacity to achieve improvements in performance and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and human resources department.
Design and expand training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
Formulate and manage the training budget. Continually review the Annual Training & Development Schedule.
Arrange and organize training programs, events, training-related material and facilities as required.
Evaluate training and development programs.
Establish and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis. Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
Assign On The Job Training (OJT) for new joined associate
Perform training report, Satisfaction result and other assign task from Manager
