Responsibilities

ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านบริการงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ property ซึ่งรวมถึง ให้การต้อนรับและดูแลลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ หรือมาติดต่อ ภายในโครงการ/อาคาร
ควบคุม ดูแล ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกด้านความสะอาด (Outsourced Vendors) ในการดาเนินการ และให้บริการด้านความสะอาด ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงของสัญญาจ้างบริการ และมาตรฐานความสะอาดที่ได้กาหนดไว
ดำเนินการจัดแยก และกระจาย จดหมาย เอกสาร พัสดุ ที่มีมาถึงผู้เช่า และจัดส่งให้ถูกต้อง ภายในระยะเวลาที่กาหนด พร้อมทั้งติดตามให้ให้ผู้เช่ามารับจดหมาย เอกสารพัสดุ อย่างสม่าเสมอ
ดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ความสะอาด ของพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน และห้องเอกสาร/พัสดุ
จัดทารายงานสรุปรายวัน และรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาถึงความคืบหน้าของงาน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ควรระวัง
ควบคุมและตรวจสอบระบบบริหารลานจอดรถให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ต้อนรับ ดูแล ช่วยเหลือลูกค้า และแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้การเข้ารับบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น สร้างความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับบริการให้กับลูกค้า
รับแจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร โปรโมชั่นหรือแคมเปญงานต่างๆ ของศูนย์การค้า
รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

Requirements

วุฒิการศึกษาอย่างน้อยระดับชั้น ปวส, หรือวุฒิเทียบเท่า

หากมีประสบการณ์ในศูนย์การค้า Community Mall จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มีความรู้ความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษ และสื่อสารระดับเบื้องต้นได้

สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้

สามารถทางานเป็นกะ และ เสาร์/อาทิตย์ได้
