Erp Support
Forth Corporation (Public) Co., Ltd.- Provide first-line support to end-users by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through basic system functionalities.
- Monitor and manage support tickets or service requests received through the helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of unresolved issues to senior support staff as needed.
- Creating and maintaining user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service troubleshooting and user training.
- Monitoring the ERP system's performance and availability, proactively identifying and reporting any anomalies or potential issues.
- Assist in data entry tasks, data validation, and basic data analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Participate in training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with the ERP system's functionalities and best practices.
- Coordinate with external consultants in system configuration tasks, such as setting up user accounts, defining access permissions, and configuring basic system settings.
- Assist in testing system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure they meet quality standards and do not introduce any adverse effects to system functionality.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues, obtain technical support, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
ERP Support position (at least 1 years of experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computing, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms is essential. Knowledge of database management, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell may also be required.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, configuration, and support is crucial. Specific experience with modules relevant to the company's operations (e.g., finance, supply chain, sale) is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with end-users, understanding their requirements, and providing clear instructions and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, consultants, and end-users, to implement, maintain, and enhance ERP systems.
