- รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรสอบถามเรื่องบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของธนาคาร เช่น บัตรเครดิต (สอบถามยอด, สอบถามโปรโมชั่น, สอบถามวิธีการแลกคะแนน)
- รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า แล้วแจ้งให้หัวหน้าทราบ เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการต่างๆให้ดีขึ้น
- อัพเดทข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ตลอดเวลา เช่น กระบวนการ, ผลประโยชน์และโปรโมชั่น เป็นต้น
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
ประสบการณ์ 3 – 5 ปี กับสถาบันการเงินในด้าน Call Center, เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์
มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน (พูด ฟัง อ่าน เขียน) สำหรับ Call Center Eng
มีใจรักในงานบริการ
