Job Highlights:
- Visa & Work Permit support
- Preparation of HR documents
- Assist Human Resource Development (HRD) tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize HR documents
- Assist with employment contracts and new hire onboarding guides
- Support payroll department by providing employee information such as leave records, sick days, and work schedules
- Manage scheduling and processing of visa and work permit applications for foreign employees
- Support various Human Resource Development tasks, including training and learning activities
- Handle employee registration and related administrative documentation
- Coordinate internally and externally with relevant departments and external organizations
- Process and prepare documents related to employee expenses and welfare
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience or interest in HR administration is a plus
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy required
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva or similar design tools is a plus
Location: Sun Tower (BTS Mochit)
Date & Times: Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.00)
