Responsibilities

1.Develop and propose business strategies and models tailored to carbon neutrality, including revenue streams, value propositions, and sustainability impact

2. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines related to carbon neutrality initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant standards and regulations

3. Lead and monitor project execution to ensure milestones, budgets, and performance indicators are achieved, while proactively addressing issues and risks

4. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer demand, supply chain dynamics, competitor activities, and government policies to identify business opportunities and risks

5. Design and execute surveys and interviews to gather insights from target customers regarding their needs, expectations, and willingness to engage in carbon neutrality initiatives

6. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders from both public and private sectors to support and expand carbon neutrality projects and business collaborations

7. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and seamless execution of carbon neutrality-related projects across functions

8. Prepare and present regular progress reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to management to support informed decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields Experience
At least 1-3 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or any project management fields. (experience in carbon neutrality-related business or sustainability projects are preferable)
