Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Handle New Programs Management Team and manage program milestones
Discuss and exchange for DFM
Establish and refine SMT technological and process systems inline production
Set standard parameters for SMT and implement cost control
Drive customer change requests / complaints
Load and packaging standard component control

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Power Engineering

Experience: ≥5 years in Electronics manufacturing

Skills / Knowledge:

QMS/AS, VDA systems with FMEA & SMT knowledge
Good English and Chinese (spoken & written)
Teamwork and leadership skills
