Responsibilities
- Comply with the high level Rules of Engagement between regions.
- Ensure the Company has sufficient capacity and process capability in the region to meet present and future product demands.
- Support and execute SNEA demand driven plans for capacity expansion and/or shifts in product category capabilities. Own exception management in terms of resolving Supply & Demand disconnects.
- Review monthly S&OP process inputs and outputs.
- Drive consistency for the S&OP process.
- Keep apprised of the latest technology and drive software enhancements including a time phased implementation of process and tools to improve data integrity, visibility, reporting, analysis, and footprint optimization.
- Develop/implement Vitreous product sourcing strategy and determine when to single-source and when to multi-source products.
- Manage SNEA demand and supply management to secure business target with competitive customer service level.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
