Responsibilities
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Working with internal team in the organization to plan strategically for future customer relationship management activities
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
  • Preparing key management reports related to customer service and customer relationship management



Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Always maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English and Thai language
