- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Working with internal team in the organization to plan strategically for future customer relationship management activities
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
- Preparing key management reports related to customer service and customer relationship management
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A team player with leadership skills
- Always maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English and Thai language
