Preparing the meeting schedule and arrangement client visiting depend on client agenda purposes such as Audition Meeting, Kick of Meeting, Site Visiting with any department concerned into the agenda.
Perform pre-qualification/questionnaire from client for vendor list approval, mostly from international company and some from local (Thailand), including NDA for management sign & review for initial bidding state.
Perform Analysis/Strategy report to top management.
Arrangement and participate a weekly meeting for management with each department Manager/Project Team/Client.
Review and perform Bank Guarantee, Company/Project Insurance for projects, recording, analysis, updating.
Company activities supporting/arrangement such as IR activities – AGM’s day, Opportunity’s Day, Project ceremony – First cutting ceremony etc.
Other tasks assignment from Manager/Management.
Requirements
Marketing Supervisor (At least 5 years of experience in marketing)
Age preferably 30-55 years
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication, public relation or creating brand image.
Good negotiate skill and relationship with other
Communicates well in English
Has computer skill, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge and learn to support any tasks from Manager
Have the ability to solve immediately problems
Analyst skills for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Mining company/project.
