Production Supervisor-Food (Wellgrow Bang Wua/, Bang Pakong)

1. Take Responsible for production depending on the assignment from the Production manager (Preparing, Silk screen, Block screen, Cooking, Decoration, Maudling, One shot, Enrobing, Logo, Panning, Melting, Packing, Project, etc.)
2. Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process and also coaching, counseling to get productive and control the product quality follow the GMP/HACCP/HALAL systems. (Hygiene, Critical Control Points, Allergen, Cleaning and etc.)
3. Maintains equipment, machine and cleaning process follow the systems.
4. To have good communication and cooperation in the production department between the production manager, production supervisor, team leader/assistant until production staff and also to cooperate with other departments.
5. Solving production problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action, and also good communication to the department who concern.
6. Complete production according to planning schedule and update the situation to the department who concern.
7. Plan staff to balance the job on next day.
8. Receive production report from planning team in advance after that recheck and preparing the report before send to order RM / PK / FG from Warehouse in advance.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Thai Male or Female aged 27 years old up.
• Bachelor degree in food science or equivalent
• Minimum experience 3 years in food Production of Chocolate, food industrial, food pastry & bakery
• A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, team player.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good collaboration, cross-functional and analytical skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
