Responsibilities

- ทำหน้าที่ตรวจรับวัสดุที่นำเข้ามา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตาม Spec. โดยอ้างอิงจากแบบหรือ ITP ที่กำหนดของแต่ละโครงการ.

- ทำการตรวจสอบ Dimension ของชิ้นงานเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแบบ หรือมาตรฐานกำหนด.

- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบงานประกอบ ก่อนเชื่อม และหลังจากเชื่อม เพื่อให้ป็นไปตามมาตรฐานกำหนด.

- ดำเนินการเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อ Request ทีมงาน RT หรือ PWHT เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานกำหนด.

- ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อพบวัตถุดิบหรือสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามแบบหรือข้อกำหนด.

- เตรียมงาน Air Leak test และ Hydrostatic test .

- ทำเอกสารและทำรายงาน (MDR) ของแต่ละโครงการตามที่ได้รับการมอบหมาย.



Requirements

- เพศ ชาย / เพศ หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี.

- จบ ป.ว.ช. – ปริญญาตรี (ชายต้องพ้นพันธะทางทหาร).

- ประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี.

- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการดูแบบ(Drawing)และสัญลักษ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้.

- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือวัดและเครื่องคำนวณได้.

- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการทำงาน.

- มีความรู้ความสามารถเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการผลิตและมาตรฐานงานเชื่อม.

- มีความรู้ด้านการตรวจสอบแบบไม่ทำลาย NDE.
