Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies: Develop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify training needs and gaps within the organization and design appropriate learning programs to address them.
Training program development: Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and courses that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels. This may include designing both technical and soft skills training initiatives.
Performance management: Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify performance improvement opportunities and design training interventions to address them. Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisals and competency assessments.
Talent development: Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career development programs. Identify high-potential employees and design strategies to nurture their growth and advancement within the organization.
Learning technology and tools: Stay updated with the latest learning technologies and tools. Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms to deliver and track training programs effectively.
Evaluation and assessment: Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders and use the data to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning initiatives.
Collaboration and stakeholder management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts, to identify training needs and align learning programs with organizational goals. Build relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure the success of L&D initiatives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
At least 5-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Ability to lead and develop a team of L&D professionals.
A passion for continuous learning and development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
