Responsibilities

1 Have knowledge in closing accounts

2 Have knowledge and ability in accounts receivable.

3 Check invoice documents and receipts

4 Reconcile income to match monthly financial statements.

5 Reconcile income to match the sales tax report.

6 Make a report summarizing income.

7 Speak-write English well.

8 Able to use Excel and Vlook up programs.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor

• Work experiences more than 3 year with at least 1 year experiences for closed account

• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations

• Graduated directly in accounting and has a professional accounting license.

• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)

• Knowledge of business workflow and process

• Team management skills
