Responsibilities
Job description

  • Performing of the overseas invoices receipt entry for inventories.
  • Performing of Intercompany invoices receipts entry.
  • Handling General ledger for any adjustment.
  • Performing of the foreign exchange rate (BOT) entry daily as well as update Forex announcement from Revenue department.
  • Allocating and controlling of the shipping cost (freight/clearance/customs) to costs of materials or assets.
  • Controlling of Goods Receipts to be zero at the month end.
  • Preparing AP Intercompany details monthly by category for year-end audit purpose.
  • Contact with the overseas suppliers / Head quarter / auditors.
  • Others task as assigned by supervisor.
Major Challenge

  • Able to coordinate with every department to request the data to fill in monthly account completely.
  • Able to achieve daily task without supervisor’s request.
  • Able to finish work as to the work schedule to do closing entries on due date of Head quarter.
  • Able to analyze expense list and record on each account with all accuracy.
  • Able to work flexibly. (month-end / year-end)

Requirements
  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting field.
  • Experience in SAP will be a plus.
  • Have an experience with MS Office, Excel is the advantage.
  • Able to write an email in English.
  • Knowledge in accounting task
  • Ability to quickly learn.
  • High sense of responsibility and be a team player.
