Assistant Manager, Accounting - GL
Thai Air Asia Co.,Ltd.As Assistant Manager Accounting - GL, you will be responsible for General Ledger and reporting both of management and statutory reports, ensure the transactions is recorded correctly nd completely within timeline, comply with internal control and accounting standard.
- Perform accounting close and reporting process, assuring that month-end close tasks and reconciliations are completed on the assigned due dates
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals
- Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
- Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
- Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
- Review and monitor Fixed asset register
- Prepare EIR worksheet related finance lease of aircraft
- Accurately prepare quarterly deferred tax worksheet
- Review sales report to ensure proper recording of revenue
- Prepare cash flow statement for audit quarterly review
- Monitoring inventory report and perform stock count
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather relevant financial information.
- Participate in and contribute in the financial audit process including preparation of various audit requests and inquiries.
- Other task as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- At least 3 years experiences in accounting, audit background is advantage
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
- Strong knowledge of accounting
- Well organized with ability to meet deadlines
