Assistant Spa Manager

2. Sit in the reception counter to monitor the daily reception task, greet all incoming guests
3. Try to up-sales of all client's expenditure to drive revenue.
4. Monitor and control all therapist job flow and motivation influx
5. Work closely with the management and MD to assist all their request according to their demand
6. Try to promote and encourage local Thai customers to purchase our Spa's voucher, membership and various products to increase popularity among the local Thai and overseas market, increase our spa's income.
7. Lead and Motivate employees to stay above customers expectations
8. Ensure that Spa works at full capacity to achieve maximum revenue and profit.
9. Take care of coordination of work, cleanliness and maintenance and equipment to be neat or repairable immediately
10. Take care of adequate products including products used in various services and for sale and order when the time is right
11. Provide feedback and report problems to the management in terms of improving work and operations
12. Prepare monthly/weekly scheduled reports on spa activities and operations
13. Coordinate with departments within the organization
14. Assist in building an effective working team by trying to maintain good standards
15. Check employees' attendance times, as well as OT
16. Other tasks as assigned

5. High ability to build up strong client's relationship, strong inner personal relationship building ability
6. Self motivated and success maker, a true team maker
7. Strong leadership, high presentation skill
8. Cope with deadline requirement, high power to sustain pressure
9. Possess updated Spa Manager Certificates and preferably posses massage therapist certificate as well
10. Computer knowledge is a must, microsoft office, excel, word..etc
11. Initiative and strong ability to cope with increasing work commencement
12. Obedient and Willing to work under pressure
13. Flexibility in working hours, willing to work in afternoon shift
14. Willing to learn and drive to learn to advance
15. Full experience and knowledge of spa business's daily operation procedure
16. Bachelor's degree in business and or hospitability management or, high school diploma of GED 1 year experience in the spa, guest service, or related professional area
17. 3 years working experience in a similar role, most preferably in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team
18. In depth knowledge of spa therapy
19. Strong financial acumen
20. Excellent communication and leadership skills
