Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer, sales, and engineer team for Cloud Solutions

• Prepare and comply TOR/RFP to understand customer requirement

• Build and maintain Cloud product document, prepare scope of work/services

• Design solution diagram that meet customer requirement.

• Propose solution and present the designed solution to the customer

• Work with engineer team and partner to prepare solution (hardware, software, network)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology.

• At least 3 years++ of experience in Technical Presales, System engineer, Network engineer, software engineer, or related IT area.

• Experience in Platform business apps will be a plus.

• Knowledge/ Experience in some of IT related area below

• Network infrastructure or Network communication technology

• Server, storage, and backup solution

• Cloud Infrastucture

• Virtualization technology

• IT security technology

• Datacenter solution and facility technology

• Presentation skill is advantage

• Coordination and accountable skill are advantage

• English writing & speaking is advantage
