CLUSTER MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Purple Ventures Company Limited (Robinhood)- Conduct rider- and logistics-related analysis.
- Monitor logistics performance, identify gaps for improvements and launch necessary strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and control the quality of Robinhood riders with Zone lead and Robinhood rider.
- Analyze and track KPIs to enhance customer and rider experience.
- Optimize operations through innovation and process development to implement best practices and manage the Robinhood rider’s performance review monthly meetings.
- Develop presentations and other data-storytelling materials to inform and influence stakeholders.
- Support and manage the Zone leads and Robinhood riders to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
- Managing team members - working closely with and eventually managing direct report(s) to ensure operational and organizational goals.
- Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement - identifying, prioritizing, managing, and executing projects to a deadline to improve operational performance in line with business priorities. Also driving internal process mapping and efficiencies.
- Assist Head of Delivery Service in setting up and ensuring that all Robinhood expansion business and processes will run smoothly regarding the business plan.
- Build the Robinhood rider’s community in each area to support and solve issues/ concerns in the proper and efficient solutions.
- Analyze trends, comments, requests, and rider behavior to recommend products or changes to procedures that encourage sales, conservation, improved efficiencies, etc.
- Plan, communicate and implement competitive incentives, promotions, and campaigns for Robinhood riders. Also, creating the campaigns or events with the Robinhood rider to get brand awareness and all stakeholders’ satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the risk of fraud that could happen. Also, working with the Risk and compliance department to ensure that all concerns are closed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Experience in managing team members with more than 3 subordinators.
- Great understanding of rider’s work environment and platform.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with influence, and develop scalable solutions/strategies.
