Major Development Public Company Limited- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints by call, emails, Line and Facebook
- Providing product and service information to customers and persuading customer to visit sales gallery
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product or service problems.
- Routing calls or coordinate to appropriate department
- Following up customer inquiries with internal department ensuring customer inquiries are resolved
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or service environment
- Required language Moderate proficiency (English or Chinese is a plus)
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
