Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer research/insight project for the scope of various topics across segments by working closely with Research’s agency and utilize internal resources;
  • a. For Internal research: be able to manage research projects by utilizing internal sources for small responses to meet tight timing
  • For External research: working with Research’s agency for other external projects including regular tracking study and other ad-hoc projects
  • Have fully understanding on how to manage research projects; required to design questionnaires/ question guides, put together summary to meet research objectives across segments, contribute to strategic content of conclusions and recommendations
  • Analyze and interpret market research information for the right insight to business – by utilize our internal source of data to prepare Customer profile and Customer segmentation by quarterly basis
  • Provide recommendations for business to take actions based on customer insights, customer trend and competitive environment
  • Monitor competitor movement and suggest/ recommend the gap from any competitors
  • Supervise & coach team members to develop customer’s insight and have better understanding of research protocol

Requirements
  • At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Management, Communications or related fields
  • At least 5-7 years experiences in senior research management roles with proven success on its initiatives and outcomes
  • Fully understand project management – background from Research agencies will be preferred
  • Customer & Data centric
  • Excellent in interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proactive Approach toward work. Self-managed
  • Team player
