We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team as Customer Service Representative and be part of our company’s rapid and sustainable growth in Thailand. You will play an important role in maintaining RedDoorz's service quality through timely handling of our day-to-day customers' queries and complaints and providing up-to-date information about our products and services.

As our Customer Service Representative, you are responsible to:-

  • Handle and respond to incoming and outgoing calls, emails and chats related with inquiry, request and complaints promptly and with professional attitude at all times
  • Handle and respond to Property's inquiry related with RSV matter
  • Screen and monitor incoming reservation/booking made by customer
  • Do card verification, card sale and monitoring as well as follow up on check-in status
  • Manage allotment allocation
  • Keep up-to-date with our products and services
  • Documentation of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

  • 2-5 years of working experience in Customer Service or Allotment field preferred
  • Available to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Fluent in English to communicate with regional team members and stakeholders
  • Able to deal with both inbound and outbound customers
  • Able to maintain positive and calm when dealing with difficult customers
  • Pro-active, willing to learn, open to change
  • Great team-player
