- Degree qualified in Information Management, Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years administration experience within the construction industry
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced organizational skill pertaining to document control including creating, receiving, logging and issuing all construction documentation between Designers, Architect, Engineers, other client consultants, Sub-contractors and site personal
- Advanced communication skill both written and verbal with the client, Sub-contractors and field personal
- Advanced knowledge with operating Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and all Microsoft Suite applications
