Employee Relations Section Head
Cardinal Health 222 (Thailand) Limited- To implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on employee relations and Employee Services functions.
- To implement employee activities, recognition activities, and cultural development in plant-wide
- To promote good relations with Union members, EC members, and All employees
- To handle employee transportation management to ensure that all facilities are operating effectively, safely and employee's satisfaction by overseeing the management and making sure that those tasks have been completed correctly, systematically, efficiently, and conforming with the company policy
- Developing and implementing the effective staff communication and employee relation policies aimed at maximizing staff morale motivate and effective Performance Management System
- To assist, advice and coordinate to all Supervisors in solving problems.
- Implement labor relations system in the company to get more insight information from the shop floor, such as plant patrol, suggestion box, skip the level meeting, grievances, whistleblowing channels
- Conduct an initial activity to motivate and create good relations in our organization such as Annual Party, Songkran Activity, CSR Activity, etc.
- Implement rules and regulations for practice by confirming with the labor law, including support Supervisor or Area Manager for disciplinary action with fairness
- Promote the company's culture and employee engagement through cognitive activities such as Employee sustainability award, Perfect Attendance award, Bravo recognition program, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.
- Prepare a statistical report on the type and frequency of actions taken concerning grievances and related labour matters as assignments such as exit interviews, disciplinary records, etc.
- Control and coordinate with the public and private units to enhance good relationships with the community and persons concerned
- Support emergency plan in case of labour dispute under strike plan
- Performs other related duties of similar type and work on assigned
- Emphasize company safety rules and regulations to employees
- Ensure that all accidents are reported to management and injured are given proper treatment
- Investigate all accidents and make necessary reports and recommendations
- Responsible for employee relation, implement and conduct the employee satisfaction survey
- To plan, monitor, and develop in Training and Development function and ensure that all scope is smoothly and effectively
- Supervise and support Training and Development master plan to align with policy, cost, and plan effectively
- Take disciplinary action on any safety violation in consultation with the safety officer and Human resources manager
- A Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Law, Political Science, HRM/HRD or a related area or an equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in labor relations in the large manufacturing environment at supervisory level or specialist
- Good command of spoken and written English and Computer literacy.
