Executive Secretary
Innovex Holdings Co., Ltd• In charge of and responsible for the overall day-to-day administrative support functions of the division/department.
• Formulation, implementation, control and review of the admin. Support systems and work methods within the division/department, including organization and implementation of an efficient filing system.
• Assist in the preparation and amendment of company regulations, guidelines and benefits in consultation with management and to implement these resolutions accordingly.
• Overseeing and responsible for all petty expenditure in the department.
• Organizing of intra-departmental meetings and taking the minutes of such meetings.
• Assist in inter–department coordination in the company.
• Coordinate the travel arrangement and schedules of management staff in division/department.
• Any other assistance as and when required.
1. Bachelor's Degree or above.
2. At least 5 years experiences in a Secretary, Executive Secretary or working with high level of executive management.
3. Working experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Human Resources or Finance & Accounting would be an advantage.
4. Good command of English business communication (Spoken & Written)
5. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Good personality, service mind.
7. Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadership.
8. Decision making skills – ability to determine work priorities.
9. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Stress management skills, able to work under a lot of pressure and time constraints

13. Ability to work in a deadline-driven, pressure and changes in the fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Good planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Multitasking skill organizational skill and detail-oriented is a must
