Finance & Investor Relations Division Manager
Don Muang Tollway Public Co.,Ltd.Finance & Investor Relations Division Manager reports to VP-Finance & Accounting Department and contributes to the overall success of the department/organization by effectively managing all financial tasks.
Finance & Investor Relations Division Manager engages in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance. Finance & Investor Relations Division Manager performs a wide range of duties including.
1) Budgeting
• Prepare, coordinate and compile the annual budget in consultation with to VP-Finance & Accounting Department FVP and CFO
• Review, control, monitor, and report performance against target
• Work closely with the management team to manage the budget process and to submit the annual operating plan on time
2) Financial Management
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with company’s policy.
• Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing operation decisions.
• Monitor and forecast company’s cash flow and prepare financial sensitivity. Prepare treasury and direct and control cash flow activities to ensure the availability of adequate funds.
• Proactively drive performance analysis, identify risks and propose financial mitigation.
3) General Management
• Manage, govern and monitor financial operation in accordance with concession agreement, contracts, all other agreements of the company, rules, regulations, laws, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Code of Conduct, and all other policies.
• Coach and develop the finance team and monitor individual performance
• Manage and lead an experienced, diverse team to improve existing process and help the business meet strategic and financial objectives
4) Financial and Management Reporting
• Analyze financial information and prepare financial analysis report
• Review monthly cash flow report and budget variance report.
• Review and monitor the required financial report and data to regulator or relevant parties
5) Financial Operation
• Monitor payment and collection activities.
• Review revenue verification process.
• Monitor physical control over coupon available for sales
• Review the reconciliation reports relating to revenue and payment
• Review daily bank reconciles and investment accounts.
• Monitor over financial transactions and ensure that the transactions have been done properly and timely.
• Monitor petty cash management and review petty cash report
• Monitor cash control and review daily/monthly cash report to ensure that book keeping is properly up to date
• Ensure that all bank reconciliation requirements are reviewed daily and accurate reconciliatory activities are carried out with no outstanding items
• Ensure that adequate controls are in place to safeguard the assets of the company
• Prepare and monitor bondholding registration.
6) Treasury (Investment) Duty
• Generate cash flow forecast/position, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment, including propose investment for available funds (maximize return with acceptable risk; match maturity and duration with uses of funds, based on frame work approved by the Board of Director).
• Propose Asset Allocation to fit risk and return profiles in a basis of portfolio management.
• Gather investment alternatives and propose the best investment according to Asset Allocation of the company (analyze risk and return of various asset classes i.e. normal financial products, structured product.).
• Coordinate with banks in negotiating for rates and deal structures. Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
• Prepare all supporting documents for investment execution.
• Populate reports for Treasury Planning, Performance Tracking for Management and reports for Regulators.
• Arrange for Equity and Debt financing.
• Maintain Banking and Credit Rating Agency relationship.
7) Risk Management
• Analyze risk exposure of Business and propose the mitigation method.
• Coordinate with Risk Management Department and generate Treasury Risk Management Plan.
8) Additional Accountabilities
• Assist with other assignments and projects as assigned from time to time
• Additional duties as directed by VP-Finance & Accounting Department
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance/Economics
• Pass Certified Investment and Securities Analyst Program CISA Level 1 exam or CFA (Chartered of Financial Analyst) Level 1 exam or AISA (Accredited Investment and Securities Analyst) Level 1
• Strong analytical skill with logical thinking.
• Great command in English; Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking and hold IELTS or TOEIC or TOEFL (CU-TEP 70 points up or TU-GET(PBT) = 550 points up or TU-GET(CBT) 70 points up.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Interested to pursue career in finance, especially investment.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude.
• Able to work within tight schedule.
• Comfortable with MS Office.
• Work effectively with the team
