Financial Planning and Analyst
Tetra Pak (Thai) Ltd- Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (eg. Product, Customer) and drive or recommend corrective actions
- Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations to senior management
- Perform Business case follow-up (actual vs. initial assumptions, benefit realization) on investments and other business cases
- Support the annual financial planning and forecasting process for the respective function, also by using economic indicators (eg exchange rates, inflation etc.). Work across the entire organization to collect information
- Support the development of new tools/procedures and ensure implementation for own area
- Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects.
- Coach, advise or train stakeholders, and support the various business areas and directors as their Finance Business Partner
- Ensure policies and guidelines related to own scope are followed and report noncompliant issues to senior Business Control Experts
- Chartered Accountant, University and/or Business School : Master's degree or equivalent in Finance , Control, Audit
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role and environment (business controlling) and experienced in supporting management and leadership by providing insight, analysis, and financial results for review
- Proactive and tenacious in follow up; self-motivated, “can-do attitude”, results-oriented with a high level of integrity
- Ability to understand and communicate how the financial result is affected by decisions and actions
- Experience in SAP finance module is highly desired
- Proficient in using Excel, and be skillful in other office software
- Strong in both oral and written skills in English & Thai
- Strong personal drive, an ability to make things happen
- Great Problem solving skill
