• Support Area General Manager (AGM) and Store Manager (SM / SSM) on delivering business plans/ Customer plans from Head Office to achieve KPIs and target.
• Support store to follow operation standards such as S&L audit, Operation Audit and etc. through people management.
• Monitor People Management standard and Capability Improvement process according to align with Corporate People Plan.
• Be an expert in people processes and give appropriate advice to Store Manager (SM / SSM) regarding people management standards, Under Performance Process, etc.
• Make Lotus’s a great place to work for colleagues and a great place to shop for customers.
