HR Business Partner
Metro Machinery Co.,Ltd.- Guiding Department Managers on HR issues such as strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organizational strategies, and analyzing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Developing the HR agenda.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
- Improving relations between staff and Managers.
- Evaluating staffing needs.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts.
- Managing and allocating HR funds.
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Age between 30-40 years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR Management, having degree in Industrial Engineer will be advantages.
- Min. 5 years experience in HR consulting and employee's talent development.
- Experience in making HR strategic planning and policies.
- Experience in recruitment at all staffing levels.
- Good command of English in speaking, reading, writing, and listening is a must.
- Literacy in MS Office, words, excel, power point is necessary.
