We are looking for an HR Learning & Development Specialist (6-month contract) to drive our exciting learning, career development, culture and engagement journey in a high performing team!Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute learning, career development, culture and engagement programs and activities for Asia Business Unit from ideation to execution.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders, including internal parties and external vendors, agencies and suppliers to deliver projects on time & in full.
- Execute assigned projects with operational excellence and high-quality delivery, and track measurements as appropriate.
- Produce related communication materials, and learning materials which inspires and engages employees.
- Perform other administrative tasks necessary to accomplish the projects, including maintaining learning records in the systems, etc.
Qualifications:

- At least Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Training, HR Organization Development, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- Fundamental knowledge of HR related processes, tools, and concepts.
- Good organizing, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Thai (written & spoken).
- Able to oversee project end-to-end (project management) from ideation to execution.
- Excellent coordination skills (stakeholders management, including managing vendor & supplier).
- Proficiency in O365 is a plus.
- Proficiency in Canva, Kahoot, Slido, Mentimeter is a plus.
