• Installing and configuring computer servers & Clients including hardware, software, systems, networks and Smart Devices.
• IT Helpdesk support to Investigating and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Communicate and support end users to determine the nature of problems
• Updating self-help (Solution) documents so users can try to fix problems themselves
• Supporting project implementation for IT infrastructure and IT application.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades Corporate IT infrastructure.
• Consulting to Business unit teams when required change request of corporate IT infrastructure
• Supporting IT Audit team and IT security team to investigate and problem solving
• Improving IT Documents, manual, training, check sheet, report, etc.
• Support IT Inquiry hotline, Emergency Onsite (During non-working hour, holiday)
