• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Annual DBD & RD report submission
• Fixed Assets Recordings
• General accounting transactions and entering data to account’s system
• Responsible for accounting records for day-to-day operation i.e. petty cash transaction
• Check expenses reimbursement form from staff for payment process
• Record the cost of newly acquired fixed assets, track existing fixed assets, record depreciation and account for the - disposition of fixed assets
• Reconcile Bank and re-check transactions in bank statements
• Maintain financial related documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)
