• Provide Installation, Technical Support, Maintenance and trouble shootings to customers for Cyber Security Solution
• Provide phone and email support service to external customers.
• Provide on-site support on technical incidents/problems reported by customers, follow through the case from problem analysis, resolution, to the proper closure of the incident.
• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field
• At least 3 - 10 years’ experience in Cyber Security / Network Security.
• Must have in-depth knowledge in WAF, Load Balance, Web Security, NAC, SASE
• Must have strong in English skills; Speaking, Listening, Reading,
• Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, F5 Certificate would be advantage
• High ability to learn new technology
• Can communicate in English both writing and speaking.
