- Create and improve Technical of Lens Coating
- Improve yield and reduce defect from Coating process
- Male of Female , Age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IE, ME, EE, CHEM Engineer) or related field
- Minimum 3 years Coating technique Experience is required
- Experience in camera lens, Display manufacturing or any related will be advantage
- Ability to analyze and lead team for productivity and Process improvement
- Ability to use software such as MS office or other (AutoCAD, Solid word, PLC, Drawing)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate in English with self-confidence
