Responsibilities
Job Description
- Design, review and implement network communication related projects to assure good quality, security, time and cost.
- Configure, migrate and install various network devices and IP Telephony systems.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Work as second tier support for network communication related issues.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Network administrator, Network engineer or Related position.
- Experience with LAN/Wi-Fi, WAN, Firewalls, VPN design, Implementation, Troubleshooting, and Problem resolution.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and VoIP networks, TCP/IP protocols, Routing protocols and Network technologies.
- Initiative an innovative in IT network, CCNA would be an advantage.
- Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
