Operation manager (social media)

- Daily communication with the client to align expectations.
- Metric-driven, analyzing, and reporting on team productivity and delivery of targets to the Head of the department.
- Maintaining the internal moderation calendar for the relevant programs
- Ensuring auditing and archiving are completed by each moderator and that this is completed at the end of each program to the required standard
- Ensuring that the external moderation deadlines are met and requisite material provided
- Maintaining and evaluating assessment procedures, including internal and external moderation;
- Reviewing external moderation reports and ensuring that action is taken to address any concerns and/or recommendations included in the
- Have a decent level of English (no English certificate is required, but the English level should be equivalent to IELTS 6.5/TOEIC 800 and up
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an operations management role (team size: 20+)
- Experiencing in Moderation/ Customer Services/ Quality Assurance/Community moderation is a plus.
- Used to work in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company is a plus.
- Have experience working with content management methods and tools.
- Experience with Google sheets/documents and an excellent ability to understand/ process data.
- Analytically-minded and detail-oriented
- Have the ability to handle multitasking, can prioritize, and give solutions to conflicts efficiently.
- Are self-starters and have a high degree of personal responsibility
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do, proactive attitude
