Responsibilities

( Production Supervisor )

To cover site Installation.
Able to work in shift rotation. (by case)
To plan manpower/ Machine/ equipment versus WIP to achieve capacity response.
To supervise, directing and motivating his subordinators to practice and follow per company's policies regulations,
rule and safety activity.
To setup goal to all subordinators in term of quality objective and follow up to monitor for goal achievement.
To analyze daily performance in term of output, inventory, lot on hold, yield and quality accident and take prompt action to overcome the problem by coordinate with all supporting groups.
To continue to develop subordinators skill, know-how, attitude and moral including working competency through group meeting/ train/ review and effective communication.

ควบคุม ดูแล ดำเนินการติดตั้งได้ตามแผนและมีคุณภาพ
ประกอบและติดตั้งระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และ IoT ใน site งาน
ติดตั้งระบบ automation ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมโดยเฉพาะ Sensor, RFID
ติดตั้งระบบ network
ซ่อมบำรุงระบบหลังการติดตั้ง
สื่อสาร ประสานงานกับผู้ดูแลโครงการของลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
สอนวิธีการใช้งานลูกค้าหลังติดตั้ง
ออกปฏิบัติงานตาม site งานที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย

Requirements

( Production Supervisor )

Female
Vocational Certificate / Bachelor of any fields, degree in Science or Engineering would be advantage.
1 – 5 years working experiences in Manufacturing industry.
Experience as a production supervisor is preferred.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Result-oriented with sense of ownership.
Work 5 days/week and able to work rotating shift schedule and work under pressure to meet deadline.
Proficient in MS Office and good command of English.

อายุระหว่าง 20 - 32 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ป.ตรี สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์/ ไฟฟ้า
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IoT หรือการติดตั้งระบบ automation
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน network
สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
ขยันและทำงานเป็นทีม
สุภาพ เรียบร้อย ไม่มีประวัติเสีย
