Asset Integrity Management Engineer (RBI)
Bureau Veritas (Thailand) Ltd.- RBI Assessment Engineer provide integrity support for static equipment inspection throughout our client's areas of operation to ensure all process, utility and associated plants operate safely, efficiently & reliably.
- Static equipment comprises Tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchanges, on plot pipework, flow lines, and relief
- Overview in Risk Based Inspection under certify API RP 571, API 580.
- Management Pressure Equipment, Process Piping, PSV Inspection
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, Welding or related fields
- At least 5 years up of experiences in the following areas:
- Experiences in Asset Integrity, Risk Base Inspection, Process Safety, Asset management system, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Fitness for Service, Corrosion Analysis
- Mechanical, Static & Rotating Equipment, Structural Steel, Pressure Vessel, Piping, Refinery, Power Plant, Petrochemical Plant, Piping & Line pipe, Storage Tank, Tank Frame and Knowledge etc.
- Familiar with Codes and International Standards: API, AWS, ASTM, ASME, NACE, ASNT, DIN etc.
- Support the distribution Global asset management excellence, reliability & Integrity, maintenance execution and asset information management while ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of the system.
- Coordinate with relevant party such as RBI, AIM, Process safety management, Preventive Maintenance and inspection program etc.
- Hold API certification : 510,570 653, CSWIP plant inspection is a plus
- Background and familiar in NDT method(MT,PT,UT,ET,RT)
- Good command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy
