Recruitment Specialsit ( Contract 1 Year)
Generali Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Head Office)- Supporting in recruitment methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. recruitment agency, mass recruitment, campus road show, job fair, social media, networking and etc
- Support recruitment projects i.e. Employee Value Proposition, Internship Program and Employer Branding, Internal Job communication and etc. and working in closely with internal team related
- Leading an Outsource staff in End to End process, verify qualified supplier and working with HRBP / Hiring Manager to support theirs need and other related function
- Manage and monitor for talent acquisition budget and working closely with HRM for budget planning on yearly basis
- Prepare letters of offer, employment contracts and new employee packs for successful candidates.
- Liaise with the HR Operation Team, IT and Hiring Manager to make on-boarding arrangements
- Bachelor Degree in any related filed
- Having experience at least 3-5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition field, HR Business Partner
- Keen attention to detail and experience in both building and executing recruiting process.
- Good communication in English
- MS Office Literacy (STroing in MS Excel and Word)
