Responsibilities

To ensure the quality of component and supplier are met the requirements of regulation, customer, and company
Review and drive for supplier’s Failure Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions for completeness & closure with effectiveness regarding 8D methodologies
Be a part of supplier development team to support Sourcing team for new supplier selection, audit, and supplier’s PPAP or supplier’s qualification package review
Collaborate between internal organization and suppliers to solve the quality issue of material
Control and follow up NCR of supplier
Control supplier deviation request
Inspect and test in-coming materials, equipment, to ensure the quality specifications are me.
Monitor and analyze the quality performance of suppliers
Develop and implement the quality standards and the quality control systems for the tooling calibration and the incoming material inspection process.
Collaborate with the operations managers to develop and implement the material controls and improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering field
Minimum 3 years experience in SQE/QC role
SPC and other statistic quality tool /Six Sigma
Good command in English
